Shipping & Returns
The postage and packaging costs will be calculated individually in the shopping cart.
Delivery within the EU is within 2-5 working days, when all ordered items are in stock. If an item is not in stock in the order, the stored items will be shipped as soon as possible. The open positions will be forwarded free of charge. The delivery time to other EU countries may differ.
Orders are shipped by DHL or DHL Express.

Payment methods
For first orders the payment must be made in advance.
Payment in advance
For first orders the payment via prepayment is obligatory. After completing your purchase, you will receive an order overview via e-mail. To settle the bill, you can choose the preferred method of payment you prefer. Once the full amount has been received on one of the specified accounts, your goods will be shipped.
Payment via invoice
After completing your order, you will receive your invoice via e-mail. These can then be settled by the payment method of your choice. The payment deadline is 30 days. If you pay within 10 days, we grant a discount of 2%.
Payment via PayPal
After completing your purchase, choose the payment method PayPal when completing your order.
When submitting your order, the login mask of PayPal opens.
Log in to your PayPal account. If you do not have a PayPal account yet, please log in to PayPal.
Check your payment in your PayPal account and choose the PayPal payment method (eg direct debit, credit card, bank transfer, giropay or PayPal credit for customers in Germany).
Click Pay to send the payment. The payment confirmation page will be displayed. Gebr. Kümmerle GmbH will be notified of your payment and you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the transaction.
Payment via SofortÜberweisung
If you use the Sofortüberweisung service, fill in a transfer form. Payment is immediate. You do not have to create a customer account and do not register. You must first enter the bank code and then your own name and bank account number. The transfer is sent after typing in the PIN and a TAN. Paynet then forwards the transaction to the bank. There are no transfer fees.
Payment via credit card
When paying by credit card (MasterCard, VISA), you must provide the credit card number, expiry date and card verification number. There will be no additional costs for you if you pay via our shop intern PayPal payment option. Your data will not be shared with third parties.
